Actually, I'm still using Animation Shop 3 (the Image Ready software I downloaded didn't work and I did feel like messing with it.) I made them clearer by using fewer pics. As long as I keep the number of shots under 5, I can leave the image quality on high and still have the icon be less than 40K. I'll try Image Ready again when I have some time.
joint_elite sounds really cool! I wish I could join but I'm starting school again next week and I know I won't have time to participate. It's a shame though because it looks like fun.
